Camp Honor, a 5-week series, is offered to local youth to learn about diverse American history and their community. The program strives to enrich academic pursuits, encourage leadership and build a deep sense of self-respect and community attachment.
CAMP HONOR’S MISSION:
Empowering youth to strengthen their level of respect for themselves, their community, and each other by honoring the past, present, and future.
The YWCA is partnering with Firetree Place to offer Camp Honor to their summer camp attendees.
One day a week for five weeks, camp participants will participate in team-building activities and receive positive lessons on a multitude of topics. YWCA Northcentral PA is dedicated to ensuring a fun atmosphere is provided while positive interactions take place.
