Since 2003, Liberty House has proudly served as a permanent supportive housing program for individuals experiencing homelessness due to addiction in Lycoming County. Liberty House is a goal-oriented housing program, designed to address the individual needs of each participant.
Our focus is to work with families in group and one-on-one settings to help them achieve sustainability and economic empowerment. When women leave Liberty House, they not only have the skills to live independently, they also truly believe they can.
Liberty House is a partner program of the Lycoming County United Way.

Master Leasing Program
Working with landlords to help our clients find affordable, permanent housing after exiting Liberty House. The aim is to decrease homelessness across Lycoming County.
Rapid Re Housing
Our new program focuses on helping individuals & families find housing after fleeing from domestic violence.
Pasta With A Purpose
We are teaming up with other homelessness providers in Lycoming County to host a spaghetti dinner to raise awareness for Hunger & Homelessness Awareness Month. It is from 4 to 7 p.m., Nov. 3 at the Castellano Center, 320 Park Ave.
