The YWCA is participating in Preservation Williamsport’s annual Victorian Christmas event.
On Friday, Nov. 16 there will be an artisan market in the front rooms of the building.
On Saturday, Nov. 17, Santa Claus will be stopping by to visit the kids in Williamsport. There will also be ornament decorating.
