The Remembering Honor program was designed to instill in our children an understanding of their history, foster a sense of personal pride, enrich their academic pursuits, and teach social skills.
The concept of Remembering Honor supports the YWCA’s mission of providing activities in the community that lead to the elimination of racism and promote community building.
The importance of books and academics is the foundation of Remembering Honor.
