CASA volunteers are citizens who are specially trained to advocate for abused and neglected children who find themselves in the courts at no fault of their own.

CASA volunteers are guided by the belief that a permanent, stable family environment in which to thrive is their birthright.

Foster care should be a temporary, short-term service, not a way of life.
